She is called to guide individuals beyond surface-level healing into deep, soul-centered transformation—where faith, awareness, and inner work meet.
With a strong foundation in spiritual counseling, personal development, and emotional mastery, Rev. Dr. Baynes integrates biblical principles, transpersonal psychology, and lived experience to create spaces where individuals can confront, process, and transcend the internal barriers that hinder their growth. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is both sacred and intentional—and that true transformation begins within.
As a minister and teacher, she carries a unique mantle for helping others understand the connection between spiritual alignment and emotional regulation. Through her teachings, she emphasizes accountability, self-awareness, and the power of the “pause”—guiding individuals to respond rather than react, and to lead their lives from a place of clarity, wholeness, and divine truth.
Rev.
